Physiotherapy Expert Reference Group
An essential part of promoting and supporting evidence-based practice is the international engagement of health professionals in providing guidance in their fields of expertise. With this in mind, JBI has established Expert Reference Groups that support each node of JBI COnNECT.
Aims
The aims of the Expert Reference Group are to:
- Provide advice to the Corresponding Group on topics suitable for evidence review.
- Provide advice to the Corresponding Reference Group by receiving and commenting on draft entries in the Care Bundle database section of the Physiotherapy node of JBI COnNECT;
- Provide advice to the Corresponding Reference Group by receiving and commenting on draft entries in the PACES section of the Physiotherapy node of JBI COnNECT;
- Provide advice to the Corresponding Reference Group by receiving and commenting on draft entries in the POOL section of the Physiotherapy node of JBI COnNECT;
- Provide advice to the Corresponding Reference Group on design of the Physiotherapy node of JBI COnNECT; and
- Assist COnNECT staff to monitor the quality of the Physiotherapy node of JBI COnNECT.
Composition
- 15-20 members with experience and expertise in physiotherapy; and
- A Member of JBI staff.
