JBI COnNECT Expert Reference Groups
An essential part of promoting and supporting evidence-based practice is the international engagement of health professionals in providing guidance in their fields of expertise. With this in mind, JBI has established Expert Reference Groups that support each node of JBI COnNECT.
Aims
The aims of the JBI COnNECT Expert Reference Group are to:
- Provide advice to JBI on topics included in the Clinical Information database section of a specified JBI COnNECT node;
- Contribute to the development of Recommended Practice (currently referred to as recommended practices or interventions) in a specified JBI COnNECT node;
- Provide advice to JBI on topics included in the PACES section of a specified JBI COnNECT node;
- Provide advice to JBI on topics included in the POOL/COOL section of a specified JBI COnNECT node;
- Provide advice to JBI on JBI COnNECT design; and
- Assist COnNECT staff to monitor the quality of a specified JBI COnNECT node.
Composition
- 10-20 members with experience and expertise in the specified JBI COnNECT node; and
- A Member of JBI staff.
